Start With the Core Machines — Not a High-Capital Automatic Line
For a new business, the biggest advantage is keeping the starting investment under control.
This five-machine combination covers the main packaging stages:
Fill → Cap → Code → Convey → Label
The currently displayed prices on the five product pages total ₹1,70,998 before GST.
It is a modular starter setup: buy the machines together for a complete packaging workflow, or begin with the stages you need and expand later.

What You Get
Filling
The linked filler is a horizontal pneumatic double-head piston filler configured for 100–1000 ml, with 5–30 bottles/minute filling speed and ±1% or better accuracy.
The 100–1000 ml range covers common 250 ml, 500 ml and 1 litre bottle applications within its stated range.
Capping
The semi-automatic capping machine is listed at 10–15 caps/minute, operates at 220V, and has multiple cap molds for different cap-size applications. Its operator-assisted design keeps the machine aimed at smaller operations.
Batch Coding
The TIJ 2.5 printer is designed for online coding of MRP, batch/lot numbers, manufacturing/expiry dates, barcodes, QR codes and logos. The current listing is ₹15,499.
Conveying
The compact 8-inch belt conveyor is designed to move products through online thermal-inkjet batch-coding lines. The current product-page headline price is ₹21,499.
Labeling
The SS round-bottle labeling machine is a semi-auto/manual electric 220V unit for sticker labeling of round PET, plastic, glass and metal bottles, listed at ₹43,000 and positioned for small businesses.
Why This Setup Is Built for Startups
You do not need to buy a large automated line before you know your actual production demand.
With this setup, the packaging workflow can be built around separate machines:
Filling → Capping → Coding → Conveying → Labeling
That makes the investment modular.
Start with the core stages and add the remaining machines as your order volume grows.
Semi-Automatic vs Fully Automatic
| Factor | Semi-Automatic Starter Setup | Fully Automatic Line |
|---|---|---|
| Starting investment | Lower and modular | Higher and configuration-dependent |
| Operation | Operator-assisted | Higher automation |
| Expansion | Add machines as demand grows | Usually planned as a complete line |
| Best fit | New and smaller businesses | Higher-volume established production |
Important Before Buying
Choose the filler by bottle size.
The filling-machine configuration used for this setup is 100–1000 ml, suitable for common 250 ml, 500 ml and 1 litre bottle sizes within that range.
The pneumatic filler also requires 0.4–0.6 MPa compressed air and operates on 220V/50Hz.
This five-machine package is a packaging setup, not a complete water-treatment plant. Water purification, bottle rinsing/washing, shrink wrapping and other upstream/downstream equipment are separate requirements.
A Low-Budget Starting Path
For a startup with a tight machinery budget, the practical approach is simple:
1. Confirm bottle size
2. Select the correct filling range
3. Add capping
4. Add coding + conveyor
5. Add round-bottle labeling
The objective is not to buy the biggest line.
It is to buy the right machines for the production you can actually sell.
