Our VFFS machines form a pouch from a flat film roll, fill it with product, and seal it — all in one continuous cycle. Suitable for chips, cereals, spices, pulses, and liquid sachets at speeds from 20 to 120 pouches per minute.

VFFS machines handle free-flowing granules (sugar, rice, pulses), powders (spice, protein), solids (chips, cookies), and liquids (juice, oil) in sachets from 5g to 5kg.
Standard VFFS machines make pillow pouches. With upgrade kits, they can also produce gusseted bags, quad-seal bags, and three-side-seal sachets.
Compatible films include BOPP, PE, PA, PET-PE laminate, metalized films, and kraft paper laminates from 25µm to 100µm thickness.
